Hi! I am Marcie Costello. I am a Life Coach and Retreat Leader with 20 years experience working with both 1x1 and corporate clients. My passion is supporting others in achieving a healthy and balanced mind, body and spirit to become the best version of themselves. I work with clients to educate, empower, motivate, and guide them into a new way of living both on and off the mat. Using an integrative approach to wellness, I support clients in discovering their mind/body/soul connection using a customized plan of yoga, bodywork and 1x1 support that encourages optimal health, well-being and success in goal achievement. Together, we break through the limiting beliefs, patterns and fears that are the obstacles for success in living fully.

I am a 500-Hr certified & registered Yoga Alliance accredited instructor. I received my 200-hour Teacher Training and 300-hour Advanced Teacher Training from Yandara Yoga Institute in Baja, Mexico. I hold additional certifications in SUP Yoga & Paddle Instruction and (coming soon…Aerial Yoga). I am a Licensed Massage Practitioner in the state of Washington and hold a Level 4 Reiki Master/Teacher certification.  I have the honor of being the yoga trainer for the South Whidbey High School female soccer team, the Falcons, again this year.

I have been practicing massage therapy since 1998 and teaching yoga since 2006.

My mission in my massage practice is to support individuals in achieving life balance through personal wellness. A firm believer in the inseparable connection between body/mind, I am a proponent of massage for relieving physical as well as emotional stress, and strongly believes in massage as a viable modality for enhancing overall health and well-being.

My teaching style on the mat is gentle and introspective. I strive to lead classes that embrace the interconnectedness of body, mind and breath.

I live on beautiful Whidbey Island in Washington with my husband, three children and two dogs. I love to travel, but am also deeply connected to our local community. My passions include paddle boarding, yoga, gardening and music. I enjoy spending time in nature, taking walks along the beaches and hiking in the lush Pacific Northwest forests.

When you come to your mat may you find what you are seeking. Close your eyes, breathe, welcome home.
